Quick and easy chicken stir-fry with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peppers)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oil in a wok.
  2. 2Stir-fry chicken until cooked.
  3. 3Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4Add sauce ingredients and toss to coat.
