Quick and easy chicken stir-fry with vegetables.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peppers)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a wok.
- 2Stir-fry chicken until cooked.
- 3Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- 4Add sauce ingredients and toss to coat.
